- Summary:
- Utilizing three traditional sun salutations as a foundation, Yoga-Core-Fusion™ introduces creative sequencing that fuses core methods with the traditional wisdom of many popular hatha yoga styles. The video offers inspiring ways to design well-rounded classes that meet the needs of various participant populations by simply blending essential ideals, poses, and breathing techniques. Yoga-Core-Fusion utilizes traditional sun salutations (surya namaskara) as a foundation for developing creative classes that fuse core poses (asanas) with the traditional wisdom of many popular hatha yoga styles. The sun salutations warm and awaken the physical and mental core of participants. By incorporating asana sequences based on a single or multiple hatha yoga styles, as well as utilizing different breathing techniques, an instructor can design classes to address a variety of different objectives, needs, and abilities.
