Summary:

Series in which George Lamb and Dr Andrew Curran advise people whose excessive lifestyles could cause them major health problems. London-based Ben Wood loves to eat, drink and smoke. So much so that this 25-year-old is already tipping the scales at nearly 19 stone. He agrees with his wife that he should change his ways so that he lives to see old age.
