Invention- Filipino inventors have developed a new program called energy conservation 'EC' to help reduce the amount of car fuel being used. Recycling Sludge- The University of Teesside has developed an environmental solution for the ochre sludge from the Skinningrove Iron Mine. Ecomobile- The ecomobile is a cross between a motorcycle and airplane and is an environmental saver--using only a gallon of fuel per 50 miles. Beavers- Six European beavers have been released at Lower Mill Estate in Gloucestershire to establish a habitat once again in England. Desertification- Milgin County in China was once a lush oasis along the Silk Road, but now is one of China's driest deserts.
