In this program, you will learn how to set physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual boundaries with others so you can protect yourself while gaining respect from others and yourself. You will also learn the Boundary Request Communication model which will teach you how to diffuse an argument, communicate your thoughts and feelings gently but firmly, and get results doing it. You will also learn to identify and transcend communication obstacles as well as set character standards so that you can master self-assertion.
