Summary:
Gloria, a mixed-race Caledonian born in the 1980s, meets with young people all sharing the same destiny after the Noumea agreement, which granted the indigenous Kanaks of New Caledonia political power. Gloria, her family and her friends, of diverse ethnic origin, confide present-day hopes and fears. Encouraged by exceptional economic development, these under thirty-year-olds envisage the future and challenges of the forthcoming years with confidence. A resolutely optimistic film about a generation of citizenship.
