- Summary:
- Kasis Road lies just outside of town. It is a world of corrugated iron shacks, dirt roads, no electricity, fatherless children, and gangs of aimless young men. Like Tony. There are few jobs and only a bleak future, but Tony and his friends enjoy their freedom until Tony gets Rachel pregnant. Tony doesn't want to know but his father brings Rachel and the baby to live with them - just when Tony meets the first woman he has ever cared about.
