- Summary:
- Women peasants work over 14 hours a day but can't earn even a penny. It is obvious that the cost of labour can't be measured merely in money, but I wondered with what those women's labour and sacrifice can be compensated. The ratio of women in the whole peasant population in Korea is over 53%. However women peasant are not be guaranteed their position as subject of agriculture production. I wanted to show their lives which are out of social interest but keep our land and take responsibility of our food, so I hoped their name to be remembered to all of us.
