The Butterfly Film - A beautiful short film that mixes dance and song to tell a metaphorical story about how dance can be like a butterfly, offering all who participate the chance for freedom, movement and joy. 2. Making the Gift - A group of young woman during dance rehearsal explain why they love to dance, and how dance lifts their souls. 3. Trio Outside - Three dancers outside dance to the beat of rhythmic drums. 4. Hop & Bop - Teens get together at a local diner and show us how to bop to some hop music. 5. Rap & Tap - Teens get together after school and show us how to tap to some rap music.
