- Episode 237 - Sky Crane: In 1964 a unique new helicopter flew for the first time before a group of military planners. It would go on to be called the Sky Crane and is still in use today. It was designed with a skeletal frame so that it could carry heavy loads held in place beneath its airframe rather than hanging from a cable.
