This interactive CPD package uses a combination of short video and interactive activities to explore some key aspects of maintaining a work/life balance for NQTs during their induction year. Time management pressures in the first year in teaching are explored, with advice from experienced teachers about how to make the most of being an NQT. There is a look at the common things that can go wrong and prevent teachers making the most of their PPA time, and a look at how to prioritise planning. A group of teachers also give their top tips for maximising PPA time as an NQT.
