Summary:
We all worry. It's an important signal that helps us plan our time and efforts. But the noise of worry can become like a boombox in our heads with no off-switch. This demonstration will help a client face unneeded worries head-on and deplete their energy rather than trying to avoid them. Educational objectives: 1. Explain how to distinguish helpful worries (signals) from intrusive worries (noise). 2. Describe strategies that can be applied to noisy worries.
