- This episode examines current military obligations. Today, the young man of America must face up to this fact: When he is 18 he can be drafted. The Reserve Forces Act allows the young men of America to fulfill their military obligations and do the best for their careers at the same time. Coupled together, here are two reasons why more and more forward-looking youngsters are enrolling in the United States Army Reserve. Viewers of the film documentary will watch a father and son as they visit the local armory in a Connecticut town before making a decision on how the boy will fulfill his military obligations.
