School governor expert, Paul McGann, monitors the panel's discussion providing advice and guidance on dealing with the issues raised.The team of governors discuss the area of suitable pupil control and restraint, when a child is injured as a teacher steps in to stop a fight. The debate develops further when the parents of the child complain to the school and the panel attempt to address their concerns.
