Edward Waller, Head of Humanities at John Hanson School in Andover, introduces three new resources for secondary humanities: The Trading Trainers game published by Christian Aid and Cafod, Citizenship Studies published by Hodder Murray and In Search of the Tartan Turban published by Channel 4 Learning. At Gladesmore Community School in Haringey, London, teacher Lee Carryl trials the Citizenship Studies book for teachers and students. In the studio, presenter Hermione Cockburn introduces Edward's third resource to the panel consisting of Colin Hynson, a museums educator and freelance writer, and Ray Barker, Director of the British Educational Suppliers Association.
