NEW FRENCH PREMIER PARIS - Joseph Laniel, industrialist, becomes France's 19th premier and sets about forming his cabinet. STAR A BRIDE CALIFORNIA - Lovely Hollywood star Ann Blyth becomes a radiant bride as she marries Doctor James McNulty in a beautiful ceremony. QUEEN VISITS SCOTS EDINBURGH - In a ceremony, unique in English history, Queen Elizabeth has the 'Crown of Bruce' placed in her hands as a sign of Scottish loyalty. She is the first British Monarch ever to have touched it. ACROBATICS In New Jersey, the 'Flying Coronas' cavort on a wire 75 feet above the ground in a series of hair raising stunts, while in France a courageous former trapeze artist injured in a fall has learned to walk on his hands and covers six miles a day that way on 120-mile trip.
