In this first programme Year 1 Class Teacher Ashley Malekmian exemplifies their approach with her class. Deputy Head Becky Lawrence and Headteacher Richard West explain their strategy of making phonics teaching less isolated from reading and comprehension and focussing on the needs of their children.
