Summary:
It's 1898, and in an effort to liberate Cuba, the United States declares war on Spain. General Arsenio Linares controls the strong Spanish defense in Cuba, but ambitious young officer Theodore Roosevelt will do anything to defeat Spain, even leading his Rough Riders on a suicidal charge up San Juan Hill. During this program viewers face the questions that could win or lose the battle from the viewpoint of Roosevelt himself.
