It's Thursday and in this fourth and penultimate episode, Hermione is joined by stress expert Dr Angela Clow, who reveals the results of the hormone testing on the staff. We find out about how much their Cortisol levels, a strong indicator of stress, increase during work. The team also continue to monitor a range of staff during their working day.
