Shadow a fitness instructor at a gym over the course of a typical day to see the ICT, numeracy and literacy skills needed to carry out the job effectively. This is the second of a pair of programmes following people employed in the health and beauty industry throughout their working day to reveal the Level 2 literacy, numeracy and ICT skills they need to use.
