- At Heather Primary School we all agree with the children's view that our TAs are the best in the world. We are privileged to work with some fantastically talented individuals whose professionalism is second to none. Our TAs support children at all points on the ability scale, showing enviable expertise in helping children to achieve their best across the curriculum. They invest hugely in every opportunity for CPD and are very skilled in supporting the teachers at Heather in developing learning and teaching across the school. It's impossible to put together a comprehensive list of everything our TAs do in school, but in the film you'll see: one-to-one support, small group work, whole class work, teamwork to support all of KS2 in a creative activity afternoon. TAs entering into the spirit of special events with great enthusiasm!
