Finis shows each exercise, Saige does it, Finis corrects her, and then Saige repeats. Finis gives a complete breakdown of each exercise, movement by movement, count-by-count. As you proceed from one exercise to the next, you will find that it all makes a lot of sense, mentally and physically. The French call it "ballon." We say you're going to have more bounce to the ounce!
