Summary:

Born in Sweden, Marcus Kowal is the CEO of Systems Training Centers and Co-Founder, with his Russian born wife Mishel, of Liam's Life Foundation. Systems Training Center is an all encompassing, mixed martial arts and conditioning training center with 4 locations in the Los Angeles area. Originally, Marcus was a professional boxer turned MMA Fighter. He speaks about the career path of an athlete, as well as how to transition out of talent work and into business ownership and how to run/finance your own gym. After the tragic death of his 15 month old son, Liam, Marcus and his wife Mishel created Liam's Life Foundation to bring awareness to drunk driving and to prevent drunk driving related deaths. Mishel and Marcus both speak to our audience about dealing with the process of grieving and how to keep moving forward in the face of overwhelming tragedy. Their story will inspire and motivate any entrepreneur.
