Summary:

Each week, Resource Review experts recommend top resources which are put to the test, giving teachers the ability to make informed decisions regarding the most effective resources ranging from the best publications to the most applicable pieces of software. Teacher Eloise Jordan from Emmanuel Church of England Primary School in north London uses 'The Story Maker's Chest', produced by Philip & Tacey and written by Pie Corbett, with her class. Teacher Lucy Thomas, of St Mary of the Angels RC Primary School, works with 'Corner Stones for Writing', published by Cambridge University Press. The Resource Review panel includes Simon Gibbons, lecturer at De Montfort University, Adrienne Jones, a freelance education consultant and Helen Wolstonecraft, a primary literacy specialist. They discuss the resources and the results with presenter Hermione Cockburn.
