Summary:
Adventurer Ben Fogle journeys to the USA's Pacific Northwest, to live with British-born Lynx Vilden. A former punk-rock wild-child she has now spent more than half her life, living, hunting, eating and sleeping in the wilderness. Her address is the North Cascade Mountain range, Washington State, but her home is the forest around her. Lynx teaches Ben the tricks of surviving the Stone Age and he discovers her mission to convince the rest of us to 'become prehistoric'.
