- Jirí Kylián, director of the Nederlands Dans Theater and one of Europe's most highly-acclaimed choreographers, founded NDT3, a company for dancers over the age of forty, to challenge the notion of dance being only for the young and super-fit. This programme traces the birth of NDT3, with film of rehearsals, performances, and interviews with the dancers and the choreographers who created pieces specially for them.
