Summary:
In partnership with Comic Relief, Panorama travels from the Sahara to the Andes to create the Dollar a Day Dress - a symbol of how free trade harms the poor. Working with a group of top London fashion students, he collects a range of fabrics for an outfit which will symbolise the plight of the millions who live on a dollar a day. In 2005, Britain will chair the G8 and try to lead the world in the fight against poverty. How might the rules of the game be changed in order to put the needs of poorer countries first?
