- Un jour par an, les minorités ethniques qui vivent dans les montagnes du Nord Vietnam se rassemblent pour chanter, danser, faire la cour et plus si affinités. On y trouve des jeunes, des vieux, des parents, des hommes et des femmes mariés, des célibataires en quête d'aventure ou de liaison durable, et tous ceux que l'endogamie stricte en vigueur chez les différentes ethnies a séparés : l'amour y est libre, totalement, sans mensonge ni tabou, le temps de l'équinoxe de printemps. C'est à la fois un magnifique spectacle et une leçon de tolérance pour les peuples dits civilisés. One day a year, the ethnic minorities who live in the mountains of North Vietnam gather to sing, dance, court and more. There are young people, old people, parents, married men and women, single people in search of adventure or a lasting relationship, and all those whom the strict endogamy in force among the different ethnic groups has separated: the love is free there, totally, without lies or taboos, the time of the spring equinox. It is both a magnificent spectacle and a lesson in tolerance for so-called civilized peoples.
