- Summary:
- Renegade classical musician James Rhodes - dubbed "the rock star pianist" - is passionate about taking his music out of the confines of the concert hall and into places it rarely reaches. This inspirational, moving and sometimes funny film follows James as he takes a Steinway grand piano inside one of Britain's largest psychiatric hospitals. With exclusive and unprecedented access, James meets four patients, each with their own tale to tell, and shares his own mental health story. Convinced that music has the power to transform lives for the better, James performs individual pieces specially chosen for these four patients that might just give them the hope he himself experienced through music.
