- Healing in the Hallway is a course in the Pick Me Up Series, designed to help you stretch, develop agility and relase work tension. Movement mentor Mike Snell suggests using a hall or corridor to do some simple sliding moves that will recalibrate your balance and coordination and improve your suppleness and energy. Healing in the Hallway is easy to follow and only needs five minutes to restore your balance, energy and flexibility. Best of all, you can do this in your hallway or in a reasonably empty room. While Mike's moves look simple, they are excellent for improving balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Best of all, you will feel energized and ready to resume work (or whatever you're doing).
