- Summary:
- This session looks closely at something that affects matter, changes in temperature. Temperature changes can alter the volume and density of a fluid and cause it to move relative to the surrounding fluid at a different temperature. Heat and temperature are closely related to changes of state, and using our particle model of matter as our guide, even the microscopic behavior of a thunderstorm can be predicted in terms of the microscopic behavior of atoms and molecules.
