- Be BRAVE at work is a short video providing a framework for being courageous at work. The five key attributes are presented by psychologist Eve Ash, using the acronym BRAVE. You need to be Bold, Resilient, Agile, Vigilant and Enterprising. In this video Eve Ash explains that, when we are BRAVE at work, it hones our ability to meet a variety of situations. Being BRAVE is confronting your fears and taking resourceful, confident action despite uncertainty or feeling vulnerable. You can train yourself to be BRAVE. Start with small challenges each day and you will be able to take brave action in more complex situations.
