- The presented video is a case demonstration of Retrocaval ureter (RCU) which is a rare anomaly of upper ureter looping around the inferior vene cava causing renal obstruction. The procedure demonstrates the treatment of the condition via a retroperitoneoscopic approach. It reveals a clear anatomy of the condition as well as its appearance on pre-operative imaging.
