Summary:
Francisco Goya (Francisco Rabal, Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!) is an acclaimed and influential painter living in self-imposed exile in Bordeaux, protesting the dictatorship of Ferdinand VII. He is deaf and ailing, but he continues to paint at night, creating incredible visions based on flashbacks of his life. Sparked by conversations with his daughter, Rosario (Dafne Fernandez, Box 507), Goya is still inspired to create many of the artistic images that influenced Picasso, Manet and other great painters.
