Summary:
Does Iran have nuclear weapons? One man knows the answer: renegade Pakistani scientist AQ Khan, now under arrest for running a global nuclear proliferation network that's been dubbed the 'nuclear Wal-Mart'. It was AQ Khan who sold Iran uranium enrichment technology which can be used for building the bomb as well as for a civilian nuclear energy programme. Speaking to Panorama a member of Khan's clandestine network speaks out about what he did.
