- Summary:
- Catalog of the exhibition of 125 valuable and beautiful pieces of Korean ceramics and porcelain, from the millenary pieces of the Neolithic, with others from the Bronze Age of 3500 years ago and those from the extraordinary royal tombs of the successive Korean kingdoms, which are complemented by a small selection of contemporary works inspired by this long tradition. This exhibition was the result of the cultural exchange with Korea who opened the special exhibition featuring pre-Hispanic gold, titled "El Dorado: The Spirits, Gold, and the Shaman", in 2018 in the National Museum in Seoul and in the Gimhae National Museum. More than three hundred objects made of gold and its alloys, ceramics and other materials, from the pre-Hispanic archaeological collections that the Banco de la República preserves, traveled then and were recorded in the minds of thousands of citizens.
