American saxophonist Joshua Redman, son of great saxophonist Dewey Redman, is one of the most reknown jazz musicians on the international scene. Since the beginning of the 90s, he has become a major name in contemporary jazz. He has collaborated with Jack DeJohnette, Charlie Haden, Elvin Jones, Pat Metheny, and Paul Motian, and has regularly performed alongside Brad Mehldau, Christian McBride, and Brian Blade.
