- Lea Library copy (BT97.A2 C43 1517) imperfect: all after leaf 4b4 wanting, with dated 17th-century manuscript note ("Lo que falta quita el inquisidor Uzeda 1692.") characterizing it as a deliberate excision by the Inquisition, part of "a censorship operation carried out against [Juan Francisco Pacheco Téllez-Girón, duque de Uceda] in 1692 under the direction of the Inquisitor Diego Vicencio de Vidania: the examination of his books was a condition for the transfer of his library to Madrid after he ceased to be Viceroy of Sicily."--Bookseller's description.
