- "This is the first book begun and completed in the new workshop at Eleven A Printer Street, Oldham OL1 1PN. Printed on an Arab treadle press. The typeface is Garamond and the machine setting was done by Peter Sanderson at Whittington Press with the handwork done by Graham Moss at Incline Press. The edition is of 250 copies, 175 of which have been printed on Lana Royal Crown, an acid-free cotton rag paper, and 75 specials on a Barcham Green hand-made paper. All copies are signed by the author [signature: Gunnar Brusewitz] and fifty of the specials have also been signed by the translators. [blank] They include a set of postage stamps illustrated by Gunnar Brusewitz and issued by the Swedish Post Office in 1994. This is copy number [blank]"--Colophon.
