Kislak Center Vilain-Wieck Collection of Private Presses copy presented to the Penn Libraries in 2014 by Jean-François Vilain and Roger Wieck has some uncut leaves.
PR3552.L9 1903 Milton Collection copy presented to the Penn Libraries by Joseph A. Wittreich in honor of Stuart A. Curran, 2019 has gray paper covered boards decorated with alternating rows of plain paper with "M" at the top and bottom and a row of bells against a black background. Preliminary page has initials "AR March 1904" printed.
