Three drawings relating to Etruscan antiquities:(i) a study, ink over pencil, "Head of the Etruscan Typhon to be substituted instead of the vase on the cover of Etruria", folio 216; (ii) a study, ink and body colour over pencil, "Head of a Sasa (to be substituted for the Gorgon's head on the cover of Etruria, over the title", folio 217;(iii) a pencil tracing of the image from an Etruscan lecythus, or lekythos, (oil-flask) showing a standing figure holding a vase in one hand and, with the other, passing a bowl to the seated figure of a woman, folio 218.
