Summary:
"Letters of John Wright to John Murray II and John Murray III, with related letters and papers. Many of the letters concern his work as literary editor for various Murray editions, including works of Byron and the correspondence of William Pitt, Earl of Chatham. There is mention too of his work on indexes for "The life of William Wilberforce" and for the "Quarterly Review". Later letters reveal disagreements over payment for his work. The letters are arranged in chronological order."
