Summary:
This book has been prepared to teach psychology in a broad, entertaining, ethical, motivating and scientific way. It is not intended to represent psychology as a whole, but to demonstrate the maturity of a science that has pursued its mission to address human problems in all places and circumstances. Its reading is enriching both from a methodological and theoretical-conceptual point of view and can be read by psychologists and other professionals and people motivated by knowledge in the field of psychology of organizations and work (POT). Its reading reveals the potential for the advancement of psychology in Ibero-America, in general, and in Colombia, in particular, from the multiple questions it raises, while at the same time communicating the difficulties for their clarification. The book reveals that psychology has an almost eternal task and is prepared to face future challenges that will question its paths and discoveries.
