This report contains the summaries of a three-part project that investigated the effects of declining defense budgets on California's economy. The project investigated the effects of military base closures on California communities, smaller Pentagon outlays on small California-based suppliers to the defense aerospace industry, and declining defense outlays on aerospace industry workers in California.
