According to recent surveys, family businesses represent 90% of the total number of companies in Egypt, with 80% of the national income, and employ 75% of the labor force. The case addresses the challenges faced by MOG (Port Said for Metal Work), which are mainly attributed to the past experience of MOG Group, the parent company.
