London : Printed for E. Curll in Fleetstreet, 1719.
Notes:
Not in fact a genuine report of the trial. Apparently part of Curll's pornographic best-seller series: 'The cases of impotency debated', fabricated by one or more of his hack writers and falsely attributed to George Abbot, a deceased Archbishop of Canterbury, whose name appears on the titlepage to vol. 1.
The second Earl of Castlehaven was executed in 1631 for these crimes.
Reproduction of original from "Department of Special Collections, Kenneth Spencer Research Library, University of Kansas".
