The declaration of the states general, mentioned in His Majesty's speech [electronic resource] : Being an answer to two memorials, (both which are hereto prefixed,) viz. I. Memorial of the Abbe de La Ville, presented to the states general, by the secretary of France, April 17. 1747. II. The paper delivered by M. Chiquet, charged with the affairs of France at the Hague, to the president of the assembly of the states, on the 27th of Sept. 1747.
