(Express from Castlebar.) the genuine trial of G.R. Fitzgerald, Esq [electronic resource] : On a charge of murder, committed on the bodies of Patrick Randal M'Donnell and Charles Hipson, Esqrs. on the 21st day of February, 1786. Tried at the adjourned Assize held at Castleear, on Wednesday the 7th of June 1786. Before the Right Hon. Barry Yelverton, chief baron of His Majesty's, Court of Exchequer, and the Hon. Baron Power. In this trial is given the whole of the proceedings thereon, and pleadings of counsel, from his first being brought up to trial at the last Assizes at Castlebar, to his conviction on Friday Night the 9th inst. To which is added an account of his behaviour at the place of execution. Taken in short-hand by a Gentleman profession.
