Before the Most Noble and Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of Appeals in Prize Causes. De Jonge Dirk, Pieter Harder, master. Appeal from the Vice-Admiralty Court of St. Christopher's. George William Soltau, of London, merchant, the claimant of one-half part of all and singular the goods, wares, and merchandizes, on board the said ship, on behalf and as the property of Peter Van Zeller, Arnold Van Zeller, and John Van Zeller, described as inhabitants of Oporto, merchants and subjects of Her Majesty the Queen of Portugal; also the claimant of one sixteenth part of the said goods, on behalf and as the property of Henrick and Johan Martin Brauwer, merchants, described as burghers, merchants, and inhabitants of the free imperial city of Hamburgh; and of one other sixteenth part of the said goods, wares, and merchandizes, on behalf and as the property of persent and dormer, merchants, described burghers and inhabitants of Hamburgh aforesaid, appellant, against John M'Laurin, Esq. commander of His Majesty's ship of war the Triton, his officers and mariners, the captors of the said ship and goods, respondents, case on behalf of the captors and respondents [electronic resource].
