Particulars and conditions of sale, of one moiety of the rents and profits, (amounting to upwards Đ.1150 per ann.) issuing out of the following valuable freehold estates, [electronic resource] : Viz. Seven freehold brick dwelling-houses situated in Thames-Street, opposite the Custom-House, six ditto in Horn-Court, Beer-Lane, Thames-Street, three ditto in Lothbury, thirteen ditto in Princess-Street, Lothbury, one ditto in Temple-Lane, White-Fryers, one ditto the Haunch of Venison, Bell-Yard, Temple-Bar, one fifth share of the Duke's-Head Public-House Norton-Felgate, and three small annual rents in Thames-Street, also, one freehold moiety of a house in Temple-Lane, White-Fryers, and one fourht share of one ditto adjoining. Which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Ridgeway, at Garraway's Coffee-house, Exchange-Alley, Cornhill, on Friday, February the 23d, 1781, at twelve o'clock. (In nine lots) by order of the assignees, of Mr. Thomas Plumer Byde, a bankrupt. To be viewed by leave of the tenants.-Particulars may be had at the place of sale, and at Mr. Ridgeway's, Fenchruch-Street.
