- It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 33rd edition of the Great Lakes Symposium on VLSI (GLSVLSI), 2023, held in Marriott Knoxville Downtown in Knoxville, Tennessee. GLSVLSI is a premier venue for disseminating manuscripts of the highest quality in all areas related to VLSI, devices, and systemlevel design. In addition to the traditional topic areas of GLSVLSI, in 2023 papers were also solicited for a new track on "IoT and Smart Systems". Late breaking research (LBR) papers describing preliminary research in the general areas of VLSI and hardware design were also solicited.
